Outdoor Adventure Skills Family Program

Is your family ready for an adventure?  This program is an amazing way to connect with nature, build confidence, encourage teamwork, and teach important outdoor skills. 

Using a map and compass, your family will learn the basics of orienteering as we navigate our local Sunriver ecosystem. You’ll have a chance to put your skills to the test while completing a series of objectives during an outdoor treasure hunt!  We will discover local edible plants, build shelters from foraged materials , and learn fun & functional survival skills!

Pre-registration is required, and capacity is limited.  This program will take place indoors and outdoors. This family program is for all ages, but all groups require at least one participating adult. 

Program registration includes daytime admission to the nature center.
